Ideal and comfortable location, it was right by the hotel's restaurant ziggy's, Akumal beach and Dos Ojos cenote and near a lot of great restaurants. The stuff was very helpful and catered to my every need. The breakfast I had was healthy and free with a bottled water everyday and juice, for example👍

Honest review
This place was pretty good! The beachfront location grants fine sunrises and easy access to pristine sands. The staff was attentive, with really good breakfast options at Ziggy's. Our spacious rooftop room with a jacuzzi was a perfect private retreat. Free yoga daily enhances the experience-can't wait to return!

Booked king room, that was provided with large living space, a balcony. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Ziggys was absolutely fabulous and ideal.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

The great and the meh
Extraordinary beach access and comfy sunbeds made relaxation effortless. Responsive staff consistently enhanced the experience.
While well-situated, some rooms could use a style refresh. The dining options were a bit pricey for what was offered.

The Beach in Tulum promised paradise, but I found absoluteley nothing special. Staff was too laid back for my taste, and when I asked for a shave-kit, they suggested I buy one myself-really? For over $1,000 a night? The spa charges $250 for a massage while the neighbor does $45! I just couldn't recommend this place.

The Beach Tulum offers stunning ocean views and a tranquil atmosphere. The private day bed on the beach and the friendly staff add to the charm. The dining options felt a bit expensive for what was provided, which was a slight downside.

Beachfront rooftop rooms offer fine ocean views and an really good private space with a hot tub and lounge beds. The perfectly clean beach and nice sunrises from the room make for an very nice start to every day.
Having to rely on nearby ATMs that charge steep fees for cash felt inconvenient, especially with limited options upon arrival. The spa's pricing for treatments, like $250 for massages, stood out as overpriced compared to alternatives nearby, and the restaurant lacked consistent evening atmosphere, often feeling empty despite solid food.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.
Our Beachfront Rooftop room was like a dream with panoramic ocean views to wake up to every day! The rooftop jacuzzi was a total delight, especially under the stars after a sun-soaked day. Breakfast at Fresco's was a feast, think huevos rancheros and fresh juices that had us coming back for more.
Would recommend 🌞💖
